Got an e-mail to set up a phone screening. Had the phone screen to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was fairly easy and short. It was two managers who asked me to talk about myself and my past experience in retail. They then talked about the company and the position I applied for. The process as a whole went pretty smoothly.
