Very simple and short, must be smart serve certified. There will be two different managers that will interview you. They will ask about your experience with games and customer service.

What would you say if someone was looking for a game to play.
I interviewed here for a seasonal position at the Rec Room Toronto Roundhouse location in November 2025, the process was very simple, the hiring manager gave us there some questions and ran through what goes on at the establishment etc
Very easy questions and fast interview process. Your standard interview questions like tell me about yourself, strength and weaknesses, why do you want to work at the rec room? Some more personality type questions to get a feel for your personality and who you are.
