The Rostie Group interview questions

Please don't waste your time coming to the interview. The company's CEO, Cathy Rostie, is a racist, unprofessional, and entitled human being. She is the type of person you read about or watch on social media who you would be beyond shocked still exists in our world today, especially here in Canada. To give you a little bit of a background, I am a recent graduate and is part of the minority group (which I never knew was an issue). I was first interviewed by two managers. When Cathy was called in, the second that she looked at me I can feel something was off. She did not asked about my experiences or even bothered to get to know me. She instantly said that she will not hire me. Then, she asked how I apply for jobs. I said through Indeed, LinkedIn, and etc. She asked if I apply on company websites and I said, “of course. As a matter of fact I applied to your company’s website for this position”. She said, " is that right? But did it work though?” as she laugh and look at the other interviewers trying to get them to laugh with her. At the end of the interview, she told me to send her as well as the other interviewers a thank you note. She then asked if I knew why. Before I could even get a word in, she said “so we'll know if you can spell” then laughed. These are just a few examples of what had happened and I will never forget them as long as I am alive. At first, I even thought that the entire interview was some sort of a joke or a test which was why I remained silent and respectful. Writing a review about this makes me sick. I am proud that I remained professional the whole time, when absolutely anyone, given the exact same situation would without a doubt fight back. I am not afraid to be identified because I am disgusted by how this person, who is supposedly the leader and the role model of this company acted. Absolutely disgusted. I cannot believe for someone who could be triple my age, she does not have an ounce of humanity or moral in her body. Please do not waste your time.
