A casual Interview process where you talk about running due to the nature of the job: easy going and open to flexible situations. Very streamlined process, One interview over the phone followed by one in person.
Super straight forwards, just know how to work with people and be the face of the brand. Understand that you are providing a service for people, and know basic customer service responses.

Interview
It was very casual- it depends on who’s interviewing. A talk with the manager years ago, what would make me a good fit for the company, my availability, the scheduling, what’s expected of an assistant manager, what would I bring to the company.
I was notified a few weeks later. They already had someone picked out for the position, unbeknownst to the manager.
