Interview
Only made it through to the first round. Set up a call after applying online. Talked with one person for 30 minutes. Mainly fit questions and background questions. The interviewer was friendly but was from Human Resources so they were just present to distribute information from me to the hiring team.

2nd round: Hiring manager - virtual interview
3rd round: Panel - virtual interview
4th round: Two separate interviews - On-site*
* Scion required me to fly in for an on-site final interview.
*No compensation was offered for my travel.
*After flying in from out-of-state, the first interviewer didn't come into the office so we met on teams.
