During a phone interview, I was asked what my preferred pay range was. When I answered, he kept asking me where else I had been applying/interviewing. I gave general examples of the offers I had been receiving, to which he kept asking more questions trying to get specifics out of me. And then, while I was mid-sentence, the recruiter asked if he could call me back in 5-10 minutes. I was a bit taken aback but said okay.... even though it felt very unprofessional for him to hang up on me mid-interview. He called me back 4 hours later. I was really annoyed but finished the interview. One of the worst interview experiences I've had in a long while. I wish companies would remember that we are interviewing them as much as they are interviewing us.

I responded to an email inquiry offering a virtual position and scheduled an interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the company. He has been an employee with SSG for 20 years.
There were two rounds of interviews, one was a recruiter call and the second was a clinical interview. Questions regarding your experience, your interests, and a few clinical questions. Overall quick process and fairly easy!

Fairly straightforward. Interview with recruiter first and then with coordinating therapist for that area and then they work on matching you with available positions. Each step of the way, the process was explained thoroughly as well as what to expect. Very transparent about rate and benefits.
