- Pre screen phone interview with business partner (overview of my background, why looking to leave, basic sourcing skills, business acumen, process)
- Call with manager (focus on big picture strategy, how define my role as a recruiting leader within the organization, lots of focus on how interpret candidate aptitude/skill/ & translating responses into who candidates are beyond personality, technical interview, focus on company culture, time ran out but wanted to get to know me as a person, thinking global )
- Interview with hiring managers (focus on culture, why Trade Desk, sourcing strategy for hard to find, difficult managers)
They care a lot about company culture. Be ready to talk about how you stand out in a genuine way. This is more about getting to know you as a person and I think they can read through if you're just trying to tell them what they want to hear. Pretty good experience so far, lots of touch points and the interviews focused on different things versus the same questions over and over (which is what you usually see). They're not trying to stump you but some of the questions make you think.
