I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Trade Desk (Goleta, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview just once. I heard back from them within a week of applying to schedule it. The day the interview was rescheduled due to an emergency meeting, which didn't bother me. It happens. Plus the recruiter was very apologetic. I was able to have the phone interview the next week. I feel it went really well, I had a great conversation with the recruiter and he was very nice and laid back. It went on for about 45 min, typical questions. Why the trade desk? What did you do in your previous job, and I proved some examples.
After I was over I felt pretty good about it, before he hung up he said someone would get back to me within a few days to have a in person interview . I did send a thank you email the next day. However I never heard back from anyone. I even sent a follow up email in hopes for some kind of update either way, but still no one got back to me. Guess that's the name of the game but I felt it went well, and I was disappointed that no one ever got back to me. The recruiter I talked to was very nice though.

Interview
This interview process was comprehensive. In total, three rounds of interviews; 1 telephonic and 2 in person interviews took place. It's a cool process because you basically get to meet the team and who you'll be working with.
