Thank you for the feedback. We are committed to creating a transparent and collaborative interview process for all of our candidates so we are disappointed to hear about your experience. We can certainly understand some of your frustrations. This process was extended for several reasons. We had key people out of the office at different times causing delays. We were attempting to define a new role that would work for all involved. Unfortunately in this particular instance, we experienced some internal miscommunication and the role was not yet clearly defined.
