After submitting my resume via email, I was contacted for an in-person interview. I worked with the HR email initially and then was put in touch with the hiring director. I came in to meet with her for an initial meeting and then was invited back to meet more of the team. During my second interview, the hiring director wasn't able to make it last minute, so I ended up just meeting with members the team (which I always appreciate). Since I didn't speak with her again, I wasn't clear on what would come next... Regardless of if they felt I was qualified or not after that point, I was HIGHLY disappointed in their next steps. I reached out afterwards with thank yous and asking about next steps and was STIFFED. I then reached out to the HR contacted and was ghosted again... I found that to be very unprofessional. It's been nearly a year and I still never received any response of any nature. I wish they would've just let me know they were interested or that they filled the position. I recognize that agency environments are busy, but they should also recognize the importance of details and managing relationships. I found this to be a poor experience for that reason.
