Three interviews (Hiring manager, behavioral, case study). Their hiring process is very personable. Nice people, but they kept on delaying the process. After final interview, they invited about 10 of us to a private dinner where we met the CEO and hiring manager and other partners and employees. Very very personal process so I was surprised to get completely ghosted after that, even with follow ups. I also was not the only one that experienced this, so it was just a bit unprofessional because now we have faces to the names.
