Standard process, phone calls and on site interview. I made it to the final round, and then the recruiter ghosted me. Wouldn’t respond to my emails or my phone calls, never had the decency to close the loop and tell me I wasn’t what they were looking for. This was months ago, but that position was recently reposted again. Maybe if they gave their candidates more respect, they’d be more successful in filling the role. Their loss!
