The Wallace Collection interview questions

Q&A interview with panel online (due to COVID). Questions and panel were friendly. Taken to second stage, but unsuccessful. It would have been nice to have had the rejection directly from a member of the panel with feedback at that stage of the interview process.

The interview process was panel-style, with four members of staff taking turns asking questions. The questions covered a range of topics from my own values and work ethic to particular gallery concerns. I was asked about why I applied to work at the Wallace Collection. The whole process was quick and streamlined. HR and managers are very responsive via email and phone.
