Had a phone interview and got a good feel for the company. Big rush to get me on site and meet with an executive. I was tested by asking me "what do you think about?" questions to see how much knowledge I actually had. Was told following that onsite that I was going to be meeting with another executive. Was later contacted I was still going to be interviewed. No further follow up. Very unimpressed with how their process was handled for a higher level management position. Prospective candidates, be wary-- felt like a time waster.
