The Winstedt School interview questions

Very strange interview experience. Interview was conducted by someone who gave the impression he did not know much about the role. He mentioned several times that this role will be reporting to the Principal (in which case shouldnt the Principal be the one to conduct the interview?). He also seemed uninterested to conduct the interview and did not switch on the camera through the entire interview duration

Recruiters started the interview with asking question "tell us about your working experience." I answered, they listened with no responding, not a smile, not a nodding head,and then they ask a few questions. The next day they informed me that Im not shortlisted because " skills and competence didn't meet requirements.
