I sent him my resume on craigslist, and he called me within 1-3 business days. He told me to come in to work a few hours and see if I'd like it, and he'd pay me cash that night. When I got there He liked me so much, we didn't even have an on the spot interview, I got hired lol! Loved it ever since.
