I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Workers' Educational Association (UK) (Manchester, England) in Aug 2023
Interview
Scattered approach to questioning, not much structure. Felt like a tick box exercise, couldn't answer the questions I asked. Vague on role and responsibilities and key questioning on company's vision.

Interview
It was fairly straightforward - applied online and received an interview request a few days later. I was supposed to have a panel interview with two employees but it was just one.
The interview was fairly standard, lots of questions about my experience and why I wanted to work at the WEA.
Got a response back a few days later, as promised. HR was efficient and gave me feedback as requested.
