The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Working Centre (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview was less about your qualifications, but basically just telling you about the philosophy of the working centre and about the types of people you'd be serving. Essentially "this is the job, do you still want to do it?" But that being said, they didn't even depict the position properly. Don't believe anything they say about the work or workplace safety in the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
the only real question they asked was if I was willing to do the work.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Working Centre (Kitchener, ON) in Jan 2021
Interview
- apply online (Indeed)
- receive an email late Friday aft from the working centre outside of regular business hours, asking to interview via stupid/unsecured Zoom the next day - SAT, and less than 24hrs after their email was sent (1 day/1 time only available - and it's all about them! They are very selfish)
- reply, get ghosted!
- give feedback on how negative the process was and how they didn't respect the candidate, and they will respond by further disrespecting you
- since you respect yourself, and want to ensure that for future they learn how to respect candidates...by giving your feedback, they'll ignore you and never appreciate any professional speaking up and out against the organization (they think they do everything right...when they participate in everything that is wrong).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I did not participate in their egregious behaviour and demands; they clearly have no knowledge on how to properly respect and treat candidates.
