Question 1
Las preguntas de la entrevista estuvieron centradas en cuestiones de programación java, concurrencia y gestión de errores.
The process included an initial HR interview, followed by a manager interview, then a technical test was sent, and finally another interview to defend and explain the test results, getting the offer at the end
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Workshop (London, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
The interviewers were knowledgeable and helpful through out the process. It was a new type of interview which evaluates the candidate's problem solving, understanding of clean coding principles and the way of working which is reflective of real working environment.
I had a really positive experience.
