Interview
Applied online and did not hear back. I followed up with the HR manager and she had told me they already selected someone. 2 weeks later, the HR manager reaches out to me because the person backed out. She called me and we had an on the spot interview. Fairly straight forward questions.
They utilize a shared service to carry out the recruiting process from application to hire. You should definitely read the instructions given to you if you are offered the position and check on the status of each phase of the hiring process.

Interview
There was a two-step interview process: phone screen, and one more extensive, in-person interview. Depending on the role you are interviewing for, the in-person questions can be pretty in depth.

I believe they asked how I would handle a disagreement with a coworker and supervisor.
Satisfied with the process. It had medium difficulty but was a smooth process. it was online and quite clear. About 2 interview rounds. Questions asked ranged from easy to difficult and was about half hour. Overall a great experience
