      Sports Intructor Interview

I interviewed at The Y (YMCA)

      Interview

I applied online on their organization's website and soon after I spoke directly to the Sports Director at the YMCA I applied at. She was very easy to talk to and was more than willing to work around my school schedule to set up an interview. The interview went great, it felt more like a bunch of people simply having a conversation. It was me, the Sports Director (my soon to be boss), and the Sports Coordinator in the room at the time of the interview. They asked me the usual interview questions.

What might a practice schedule or plan look like to you of you were coaching youth soccer?
