I initially did a telephone interview and was contacted roughly 3 days later to schedule an in-person interview, where I met a variety of different staff members and got to tour one of the programs. The questions I was asked throughout the interview were relevant and well thought out. Overall, I found the hiring process to be thorough and professional.

Straightforward process. Started with a quick phone interview with The director of HR, then an in-person interview with the childcare department head. Asked about past experiences working with children, job history, and other basic information. Very friendly and accommodating.
