I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Kingwood, TX)
Interview
I was called for an interview about a week after filling out the application and turning it in in person. It was a group interview with two people asking mainly situational questions in dealing with child behavior. The two ladies were really nice and informative of the type of work we would be doing.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Houston, TX)
Interview
The interview process was great. You need to get drug tested but it is worth it in the end. Love working with kids and the job itself. Like my coworkers and supervisor. Glad I applied.

I applied online. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Cary, NC) in Oct 2021
Interview
Me and another person had an interview together which made the process less stressful. If you can sign up for that, I would recommend to do so. It’s a lot of younger people working there, so keep that in mind while applying
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very straightforward and asked questions about previous childhood experience and what I would do in certain situations. Not a long interview, maybe 10 minutes max and got the offer right after the interview was done.
