Swim test, answer questions while treading water, then in depth interview on land.
First, there was a swim test where I just had to do 4 laps of each stroke, and then sculling. Then, I had to tread water for about 1-2 minutes (?) with my hands up, where the swim manager asked me questions about myself. Then, I was able to dry off and then had to answer more questions on land.
Smooth and welcoming. The interaction was positive and conversation flowed nicely throughout. I felt like my answers were being listened to, and that the interviewers were very engaged with me and what I had to say.

Question 1
What my background was and how it would fit into this role
very good. good people there who work there and i like to work there because it is very fun being outside and talking with good people and free popsicles and the interviewer was nice and respectful and all oof that.
The interview process was overall easy. You just need to have your certifications, you need to pass a breathing test, and you need to pass a swim test. Pretty easy interview.
