At my school this was a federal work study and we recieved a list of places we could work at. I picked the Y they gave me a number, they told me when to show up and to which Y( since theres alot within a few miles) I interviewed with my future boss he asked why i want to work at a Y( answer below) then he gave me a tour of the why explained that i would be on towel and cleaning machine duty as well as being social with people at the crack of dawn. So my interview was basically me answering a few questions picking when i would want to work then getting a tour and getting the job.
