Not too thorough of a process. Only took me a week to begin work. I really enjoy working at the YMCA of Greater Richmond. The kids and members are outstanding.

Very Smooth and communicative through out the whole process. Explained in great detail of what the expectations are and what needs to be done. Felt I knew where i was through out the whole process.

Only had a 15 minute call with the HR recruiter and then 1 panel interview with 4 people from different departments. For such a big role I thought it would be more of a process. But it only lasted 1 week and they told me they promoted someone internally.
