      They call you for a phone interview then a one on one with the director and finally one with the site manager Phone interview is just a prescreening pricess to kind of get to know you a bit The second interview with the director is to find out which school site you would fit into The last interview is with the site manager where you present a lesson plan to the children

      Group interview with many other candidates across different sites. The interviewer would go through a set of slides and ask questions to every candidate one by one. The questions are fairly simple and relate closely to what you do on the job.
