The first step is a phone interview. If you pass that, the next step is an in person interview with the hiring manager and a company director. They will take turns asking a series of behavioral interview questions. Questions that require you to tell about a time of how you handled something or what you would do in a certain situation. After that, next steps could be a 2nd interview with additional Management, or they may say something like we are still conducting interviews we will be in touch about next steps. This typically results in an email saying they went with another candidate. If a second interview is granted, it is usually with a top leader of the site that you are applying to. This person will ask additional questions that focus on what you can bring to the company. The next step could be a job offer or if not you will get some feedback about whether or not the company intends to hire you.
