I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Yoder Team (Grand Rapids, MI) in Mar 2016
Interview
15 minute pre-screen (fast pace questioning). 20 minute profile assessment (interesting mix match of questions). 30 minute face to face interview (in depth questioning). 30 minute lunch meet and greet (casual meeting). 30 minute team interview (each team member asked a questions, relaxed feel). Overall it was a long process, but in-depth which I appreciated. A well mixed process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at The Yoder Team
Interview
The process started with a quick 10-15 minute phone interview with Kevin Yoder. Then I was asked to complete an on-line personality/social style test (from the Tony Robbins website). I was invited for an in-person interview with Kevin Yoder, and then called back for in-person interview with the team. It seemed the interview questions slanted more toward the "touchy-feely" questions, and focused less on skills and competencies.

Question 1
The hardest questions for me are when I have to brag on myself - what is your biggest contribution in your current/last job; how would you benefit our company, etc - but those you can prepare answers. I was stumped with "who are three role models or people you look up to" ... I don't tend to put anyone on a pedestal, so I stumbled through that question.
