I interviewed through a recruiter first and then with the site manager; okay interview experience; however, the mgmt. I first interviewed with no longer works with the company; my skills really didn't matter when I worked with them on other assignments because your work is not appreciated by this firm
Was contacted by a recruiter. They just confirmed my work experience & made sure I had the necessary licenses & certifications to work. They also do a background check once you accept an assignment.
