I had an initial interview with the Talent Manager over the phone, she was nice and pleasant. The interview went well, so she scheduled me for an interview with the Paralegal department. I then had a zoom interview with the two heads of the Paralegal department and things went terrific. It went so terrific that I was offered a job AND a start date. I was also told that HR would reach out with the details... After a week of silence, I followed up with HR via email and phone NO RESPONSE or PHONE CALL ANSWER. I waited another week and reached out via email...STILL NO REPLY. The company, people I interviewed with, salary, and benefits made me think this role would be a great fit, but I was FOOLED and GHOSTED. Very, very, very unprofessional! I hope this company improves and others have better luck.
