Theracare Pediatric Services interview questions

Owner did a phone interview after receiving my information from LinkedIn. He stayed on the phone for an hour, and answered all my questions about the company and went over his goals, history, and company vision.

Connected with owner/recruiter on LinkedIn. Began with general experience and interest questions. Submitted resume resume online and scheduled face to face interview. Friendly, convenient and informative. Hiring process can take several weeks due to background check information needed and Article 9 training class. It also can take some time to assign clients to new employee. This was not a problem for me as I had a primary source of income at the time.
