The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Therma-Stor (Collegeville, PA) in Feb 2018
Interview
During initial phone interview I was told I made for a very good fit, given my background and experience. Was told to expect a call for the next step. That was 5 months ago. During this span, they clearly continued to recruit to fill this position despite having a highly qualified and available candidate. Then today, more than 5 months after initial contact, I receive an email stating the hiring for this position is “on hold”. What kind of company extends significant financial resources as well as personnel time on a hiring practice that never happens?!? A highly unprofessional company in my opinion.

Question 1
Basic interview questions. Not all that challenging or surprising. I wouldn’t waste my time with these clowns.
Interview with HR coordinator. Then interview with hiring staff. Then you are treated like a ghost. Worst follow up company ever. They don’t reach out to you to let you know if you are still in the running or you are not. They can’t return calls or emails. Worst follow up ever from a HR perspective.
They are very adamant about knowing your ability to interact with existing customers and how you will increase their presence amongst contractors using the equipment. You will certainly need to understand the 2 step distribution channel.
