There are three rounds of interviews. The first round is just a phone call with HR for some basic informational questions and behavior questions. The seconds round includes a short demo lesson for one selected problem and then talking with the teaching management person. The third round is an instant 3-day, 20-hour online zoom training simulator. You will be asked to teach a demo lesson in the first day and listen to all the critics they have and then rewrite your lesson plan. After this, you are asked to record your rephrased lesson plan on your own and upload it with a daily report at the end of the first day. On the second day, you are asked to present another demo lesson and a blackboard design in addition to all the workshops you have to attend. By end of the last day, you will have to present your "final showcase" to demonstrate what you have learned within these three days. The first two rounds are just average, or somewhat easy for someone with teaching experience or even tutoring experience, but the last round does not worth the time.
