The interview process was partly online and partly in person - I met with senior team members and the owner, and then with a senior colleagues I would be working with day to day.
There vibe was warm and friendly, questions were asked about my skills and experience, and also the discussion was open enough to consider how the role might be shaped.
There definitely seemed to be a focus on ensuring I was a culture fit, hence the multiple interviews, not just what was on my CV.
