screening and then two panel interviews with individuals from the program management team. It was a general interview on standard questions focusing on program management and operations support. Nothing too difficult.

Interview process itself was thorough for the most part. Several staff were on the remote call. But there was no follow up at all after the interview which seems unprofessional. I'm not sure they knew what they wanted in the position.
