Applied online and was quickly contacted for a phone interview. Interview was standard mostly information on the company. Interviewer was very engaging. I then was set up to go in for an interview. Found that interview to be more of a conversation. Zero structure to the interview. This can be ok if the interviewer is engaging. This particular person wasn’t. It sounded more like an infomercial of why it was so “awesome” to work there. Toured the facility, met some folks and heard more about how awesome it is to work there. Overall, I spent about an hour and a half in the facility. At closing, I was told that I would be contacted with results. I never heard from anyone after that. Very unprofessional to have someone go through your entire long and drawn out interview process and not even circle back to close out the loop. Overall, they seemed more interested in how awesome their environment was.
