Phone interview. I asked questions clarifying aspects of the job, which included participating in the redesign of the site. The questions they asked were regarding my programming capabilities, my knowledge about the College, and why I wanted to work there. Even before the interview they called to ask if I was okay with the price they were asking (it was low). It felt like a job that was below my skill set and experience and that they wanted a jack of all trades without really understanding what they need to get the job done properly. The HR person was not able to answer my technical questions.
