Thompson Tractor interview questions

Extremely professional and well organized. Walked through the entire process in every detail. Couldn’t ask for a better experience in my opinion. Much respect to those running Thompson Tractor top to bottom.

A round of 4 ~20 minute interviews with 2 interviewers each time, mostly regional managers. It took a whole afternoon, about 3 or 4 hours total. Some of the interviewers were more of conversationalists and some were more hard question trying to rattle your cage.
