I interviewed for the Support Assistant position and found the interview itself to be professional and well run. The panel were polite and the questions were clear.
However, I was told I would receive a call with the outcome on a specific Monday and did not hear back. I had to follow up myself to receive confirmation that another candidate had been appointed. I was also advised that feedback would be provided, but despite waiting over a week and following up again, I did not receive any further response.
While I understand recruitment teams can be busy, I think it’s important for candidates to receive timely updates, especially after being given a specific timeframe. Candidates invest time and preparation into interviews, so clear communication makes a big difference.
