Phone call was reasonable enough and to the point. The interview was quick. The interviewer was cold and to the point. There was a lack of skills in asking about long term goals, physical problems or difficulties in performing stressful situations. Interviewer lack skills in considerations for older applicants to perform stressful situations with customers that are very difficult to deal with. There was one interview which for the job was sufficient. Be aware of attitude and personality conflicts that would cause issues in the future. In general most employees are fearful of management retaliation. Employees are friendly and easy to get along with. You will have to be on your toes all the time and be very careful of what you say and to whom.
