I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Thought Industries (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
To stay away from: after the initial screening the company asks for 2 (two!) assignments based on their product, one written and one as a mock call. Apart from being way too demanding, time-consuming and therefore not worthwhile process, it is very unfair of a company to treat candidates like employees who shouldn't really train themselves on their own product as part of the recruitment process. The company is a training and development platform so it is easy to think they exploit recruitment of candidates for their internal training purposes
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thought Industries (Boston, MA) in Jan 2024
Interview
2 rounds of interviews with the hiring manger and head of sales who were both very nice and asked super easy questions. I then submitted a written assignment and got rejected a few days later, I would have liked more feedback as I submitted a well written assignment.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a difficult situation to resolve.
very laid back and fast. I heard back in a week and a half. Three interviews total: Intro, mock call, and meeting management. Was not bad at all and people are friendly.
