Thoughtwave Software and Solutions Program Manager interview questions

Got a message on LinkedIn from someone claiming to recruit for this company. The person who messaged me had a regular American name, but when that person eventually got on the phone it's clear he wasn't American, which made me feel like I was being deceived. The message itself was just basic job requirements, no professional introduction, no acknowledgement that he had reviewed my qualifications, no indication of what to do next. Once I finally got that information, a different person called me. I had a really hard time understanding him - though his being foreign was not an issue in and of itself - but it seemed like he wasn't really listening to me. He was very pushy and wanted me to commit to letting their agency represent me on the spot with very little information. When I resisted, he got his manager on the phone - the person who supposedly messaged me - who was also pushy. I got a very bad feeling from the whole exchange overall.
