Grade change is completely relied on sc and team input! If u not on good terms with ur sc or manager then expect disappointment. Biased decision and no hike for more than a year. Few internal projects enjoy as they dont have much work and get paid as same as ppl who work thier ass off. After all ThoughtWorks is becoming a another not so great place to work!
Completely agreed. With good projects in mind, and good work life balance, came to TW. But its just the opposite. Used to be one of my dream company, not anymore.

There were several rounds of interviews, carried out online. Some rounds are technical rounds and others were checking if the candidate is a cultural fit for the company. There were clear instructions and the organisation of rounds was systematic which made the interview process smoother and a pleasant experience.
- How do you handle the edge cases?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Hyderābād
I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Hyderābād)
Best interview process. First round is code pairing and second round is technical discussion and third round is cultural fit round. But in technical discussion, I felt somewhat daunting and Karen girl is difficult to manage.
- Design library system, client handling questions etc
What is the starting salary for a lead con developer in Thoughtworks? My current salary is less so I want to know if I will be matched after the promotion
Forget about salary, do not take promotion right now. They are promoting people without raising salary.

I applied online. I interviewed at Thoughtworks (Madrid)
I see Thoughtworks offering the same salary as mine to people half my experience 🙄 Where is the so called pay parity? Do you folks really think there is any use staying here any longer?
No not at all . There is nothing called parity check . It's just the normal public service based company. Everyone working here is underpaid.

The interview process is good and equally challenging. Two interviewers take every round. One will be asking questions and the other will be watching and observing our answers. Our character will also be analysed parallel during the interview.
- Guesstimate questions, Case study, culture test
