It was a very chilled out interview process. I spoke with the manager about expectations, previous selling experience and he also asked me to sell him his phone and it was a great ice breaker

Ok face to face after 2 telephone interviews then with store manager then on shop floor to see how you approach people rather useless not in uniform so customers tend to ignore you. Would be better to be shadowed
