I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at ThriveDX (Miami, FL) in Aug 2021
Interview
There was 2 zoom interviews, a mock teaching assigment and a series of take home tests. I met with different people each time and a recruiter for the company guided me through the process.
I participated in a single interview where I was asked to describe my teaching style and approach to student engagement. As part of the process, I selected a topic and delivered a brief practice lesson in front of the interviewer. This allowed me to demonstrate both my instructional technique and how I adapt material to suit different learning styles.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ThriveDX in Apr 2023
Interview
I got an email through LinkedIn and agreed to a call. After the call, they set a significant load of requirements they wanted me to fill out, although I told the recruiter I was not an expert in the field. She said no expertise was required because they required someone for an introductory course. The next day, they sent an email they were not interested in me anymore. Don't waste your time with these people.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ThriveDX (Charlotte, NC) in Nov 2022
Interview
Required commitment to online interview presenting materials for an alleged Introductory Course. Also required taking multiple "knowledge" tests that were not even reviewed or scored. Recruiters committed to being a single point of contact throughout the process. That commitment turned out to not be true.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Will you record a 30 minute presentation with an Introductory Slide deck? 2. Will you take nine "knowledge tests"?
