Interviewed with the hiring manager via phone. He gave immediate feedback that he was impressed with my background and invited me to a face to face interview but said it would be a few weeks before he could set anything up. A month went by with no word then the recruiter contacted me saying I’d be getting an interview date and was a top 2 candidate. No word then 2 weeks later I got a rejection letter.
