After taking a series of assessments (personality, skills), I met with the managing partner and partner to answer general interview questions and was given tasks at each juncture of the interview process. The tasks included putting together my list of 200 prospects (funny to think you know 200 people and then draw a blank). This was for my eyes only, but very helpful when I started to launch my business. I then needed to have conversations about Thrivent with several close friends and family members. This only increased my desire to be a part of this company because I saw a real need to educate others about who Thrivent was and how they differed from the other insurance companies in the industry.
