The interview process begins with a phone call asking some technical questions and your experience. If they like your answers, they will send you a simple programming question. The question is easy however they are looking for specific things in your code (code style, documentation, naming conventions, etc...). I took my time and programmed it. I was accepted for a on-site interview.
