TierPoint Manager Software Solutions interview questions

One 30-minute phone screening with HR recruiter, followed by a one-hour interview with the Director (hiring manager), then another longer interview with a committee of three. The committee included an Enterprise Architect, Manager, and VP. Was offered the position after the third interview. After I accepted, I signed the offer letter and NDA online, then needed to pass a drug screen and background check. It was a very positive experience.
